2005-2010
Designed, built and maintained various internal applications that supported business and on-air production needs including systems for automated video transcoding, automated live video streaming, hardware asset tracking, and schedule management of satellite feeds for on-air programming.
Developed automated on-air systems that delivered vital information to millions of viewers across Ohio including, but not limited to, severe weather alerts, school closing announcements and election results.
Planned and implemented the station’s gigabit network upgrade including installation of approximately $300,000 in equipment and rewiring of over 1,000 network connections.
